You must have a bum motor in that seat! Mine will just about give me
whiplash when I zing it forward... By the time you reached under the seat
to hit the release bar I suspect I would already have mine full-back and
full-forward again... Anyone for seat races?! :-)

wow, great taste in a pickup! The electric seat is not that great. The
bucket seat is better because it will move out of your way in a flash as
opposed to an electric one. It will take all day to move it.

Hello,

I've been lurking for a couple days so I thought I should introduce
myself.
About 2 weeks ago I ordered a '99 Intense Blue Dakota Sport CC 4x4 - (5.2L
5-speed, LSD, 4-wheel ABS, Deluxe convenience group, Heavy-Duty Electrical
and
Service group, Power Convenience and overhead group, protection package 4x4,
sport + group, 7yr-100,000mile warranty) - Sufficed to say, the only option
I
DIDN'T get was the power drivers seat. :)

After driving my '88 Corolla for 220,000 miles and counting, it was time to
buy
a new vehicle. I knew I wanted a truck this time around, but couldn't
decide.
While not wanting a smaller truck like the toyota Tacoma or buying a
full-sized
one, the Dakota was exactly what I wanted.

While I probably won't be doing any mods to it, it's still nice to read
about
the stuff people have done, and the stuff that's available. I'm located in
the
Allentown, PA area in case anyone is interested....

Just one quick question though. The dealer said to expect delivery in about
8
weeks. Any thoughts on this?

Regards,
Eric Rhyder
(a soon to be Dakota owner :) )
