If you can afford to buy, don't lease. It will cost you more in the long run.
Leases are for people who absolutely cannot afford the payments of a
"purchase". Not only that but they take your truck away(AAAaaaarghhhh!) or
you'll have to buy it from them.
Additionally, your dealer is a bit untrustworthy. What he said about ordering
is NOT true(maybe at HIS dealership). His price is also a tad high(never pay
sticker).
