I just so happen to have their chart right here, as I've been looking at
ordering the single cat-back for my '95. They do have systems listed for 2
and 4wd 97/98's in either Reg or Ext Cab.
Maybe someone on the list (Sam P.?) that is familiar with the 98 and 99's
can tell you if the exhausts are similar enough for a Gibson '98 system to
work on your '99. Or, you could always call Gibson and ask them.
Oh yeah... don't know which system you're considering... but I've found
Truck Performance Center has the lowest prices (currently) for my single
cat-back system.

For Gibson, go their website. My web access is down at the moment so I
don't have the exact URL. They have a table on there somewhere that shows
power/torque gains for the Gibson headers and catback systems for Dodge and
also for other vehicles. It is interesting to see just how much the stock
exhaust manifolds and exhaust systems suck.
If you have a 4x4, Gibson don't list a catback and have never replied to any
of my e-mails requesting info on if and when one would be available.
