Subject: DML: MSD 6AL igntion
I have noticed that most people have been going with the MSD 6AL
ignition system, what I don't understand is why the 6AL why not just the
6A?? From what I have read all the 6AL does is give you a rev limiter,
which the truck has built in already, or is there more to it??

The only reason I am going with a 6Al is because I already had it in my Regal...check out pix on the web page... It really isn't worth the diff on a Dakota, unless you get someone to burn you a new computer that removes the rev limiter. Then you can put your own in.
