-Mike, as long as you dont have oil/trans fluid blowing back from the
front and hitting the pumpkin, then it sounds like you have a rear
pinion seal leak. I do not suggest replacing this yourself unless you
have done it before, because if you do not set the pinion nut preload
correctly, you will end up burning up the pinion bearing and getting
that posi unit you always wanted 1 truck early!
