I have an A.R.E. with no logo on the tonneau. It was installed
by yours truly with 2 strips of foam weatherstripping tape and
is bolted on w/stainless hardware. There is no tailgate wear
at all, no leaks. Warranteed for the life of the truck. I was
told you could walk on it, mount bicycle racks on it and still
have all the warranty. 1 years use, no complaints.
