I got out my trusty channel-locks, grabbed 'em & gave 'em a good shake. If
they didn't start breaking lose, I opened up the channel-locks and gave 'em
a good squeeze, closed the channel-locks again & grabbed 'em and they pulled
out - kinda like pulling teeth, I guess........
