If your service provider dumps you off before your e-mail finishes
downloading, it will re-laod everything you downloaded up to that point next
time. Once it finishes downloading, your e-mail software sends out a delete
message to the server. This feature helps to keep you from permanently
losing your e-mail messages forever.
