Here's a question that came up from the IRC the other night.. I've
been running Mobil 1 synth in my '95 slush-o-matic, if Crysler says I
need 7176+ fluid only, is running Mobil 1 a no-no?
--Yep. Mobil's web site said that Mobil 1 is not compatible with Mopar 7176+. The friction modifiers are not right and it can cause slippage or premature wear. Red Line makes a compatible synthetic fluid.
