I have a 99 SLT+ CC 4X4. Got the tires siped about three weeks ago. I noticed
immediate improvement, but thought I would ride them for a while before
posting about it. Still think it is very worth while. Before the sipe job the
the tires would break loose very easy. The Dak also seemed to wander, almost
like a slight case of bump steer. Now wet weather traction is super, rides
quieter, corners like it is in a groove, and no wandering at all. My mpg is up
about 1.5, but that could be because of having a few thousand miles on it. All
in all, I highly recommend tire sipeing. I think it cost me $8.50 per tire.
