You go to court and a judge makes the guilty party pay for the damages.
Simple, Huh? The problem is when the guilty party has no job or assets.
I've been driving 20 years and have never had an accident with another car.
I figure I've saved 40-50 grand by now. Besides, it's hard to slam into
something that you can't catch.

P.S. I've flipped over in a samurai and ran through a fence and off the road
in my mustang. Total repair cost was about $1200.
