Yep, the first time I opened the hood I noticed that was a mess waiting to
happen. Rather than swapping the heads I just "invested" in a set of
funnels... Total investment: $2.99 for a set of three (Large, medium and
small). Total Return: After four oil changes, not one drop of oil on
anything in the engine compartment... I did knock an open quart over with
my foot, but that just made a mess on the floor, DOH! :~)

By the way, how many you out there think they put the oil filler cap on
the wrong valve cover--that is, on the wrong side of the engine? Could
they have made it more awkward? I think about this every time I push
the radiator hoses out of the way to add oil (somehow, a little always
manages to run down a hose), and see that the other cover is clear of
any obstruction. It even looks like it was molded to allow a
relocation...
