New Civic SI has 200 hp V-Tech motor.

Question no one has asked: Why would anyone waste any money adding
performance mods (and unperformance mods) to a 1.5 Liter Handa Civic DX with
huge neon stickers??? Ack.

Along with this guys cut springs, were the wheels more expensive than the
car and did they ride outside of the cars fenders???
