I do have a major problem with my Pioneer CD deck. I have to DEH45DH and it
has been in now 4 times for the same problem. In fact, I took it in Friday.
Every time, they say nothing is wrong with the unit. Every month the CD
controls go out on it; it will not accept a CD, eject a CD, or even switch
over to CD mode. This last time I called Pioneer where they were EXTREMELY
helpful and very customer orientated. I will be getting a call from Pioneer
sometime this week with their decision on what to do. I have only have this
deck since July 98 and all these problems with it already. I also ahve 4
Pioneer speakers in my Dak and simply LOVE them, I am sure the deck is just a
'Friday' made deck. I told them if they dont find anything I want a new one;
they agreed! So I will find out this week. I am really happy with my Pioneer
speakers in my truck as well as my 8 speaker Pioneer home system.
