Dealer cost and durability. (Personally, i agree with you about not paying
$160.00 for the hooks.) I had purchased some from 4-Wheel Parts that can
handle 10,000lbs each and "Custom Bolted" them to the frame. I honestly
wouldn't trust the "Wal-Mart" brand...they look too fragile.
