Since you don't have the manual, here is the procedure from the Haynes
manual:

Position masking tape vertically on the wall in reference to vehicle
centerline and centerlines of both headlights.

Position a horizontal tape line in reference to the centerline of all the
headlights (do this with the vehicle a few inches from the wall).

Adjustment should be made with vehicle setting level, gas tank half-full,
and no heavy load in the vehicle. Move vehicle 25 feet from marked wall.

Starting with low beam, position the bright zone so it's 2 inches below the
horizontal line and 2 inches to the right of the vertical line. Turn top
screw clockwise to raise beam, use side screw to position sideways.

With high beams, bright zone should be vertically centered with the exact
center just below the horizontal line. You may have to compromise between
the high and the low, but remember that you use low most of the time.
