Remove what bedliner? the spray in or a normal one?........If you mean a
normal "slide in" kind. I would say, "yes" take it out every once in a
while and clean out the bed of the truck. You would be surprised at how
much "gunk" builds up under then things. I myself personally just had a
LINE-X spray in put in my DAK, and it is awesome!!!
