Performance Accessories makes a 2" and 3" body lift kit that works really
nice. (Bumper relocation brackets and everything required...except the
tools.)

Granted, I have a '97 Dak, but the 2" body lift only took about 6 hours with
the help of two other people. (Lifting the bed while I put the blocks and
bolts on.)
