That's weird... when I was looking at my wife's Yellow RT at the dealer, and
looking
at a Flame Red RT right next to it.. The Red RT had the class IV hitch,
trailer prep package,
and the 7 prong trailer plug so you could slip in your electric brake
controller and everything.
The window sticker had 'Trailer Towing Package' or some garbage like that.
We opted for
the Yellow RT, as it had the trip computer whereas the Red RT did not.
The only thing missing from the RT is the class IV hitch ($79.95 at
Walmart), the trailer wiring
plug (which I purchased for my wife's RT to tow a bass boat this weekend-
$29.95 from Pep Boys),
and possibly a HD flasher (which you can get from the dealer).
