I got my R/T back from the dealer on Monday night it was pretty dirty. (they
had it for 4 Days... fixed my reverse buzz) I put it in the garage and didn't
pull it out till today when I washed it. I found a scrape on my driver's door
pillar about 2" long and deep enough to indent the metal. It looks like hell.
What are my rights? I called the dealer about 5 min before they closed for the
day. The service guy said to bring it down for them to look at tomorrow. I am
so upset with all the grief I have had to put up with getting my R/Ts problems
fixed.
Oh and by the way... the intermediate steering shafts are on back order.
(this is what is used to fix the steering wheel clunk.) Now I have to wait for
more time to get my R/T fixed. I have been to the dealer about the same
problems 9 times in the last 3 months. My 99 R/T has only 2000 miles on it. I
am bent!
