Has anyone looked in the back of the May issue of Mopar Muscle? On page 80
there is an ad from Precision Industries for a torque converter. They call
it the Viper Torque Converter and there is a a little splash next to it that
says "NEW! EXCLUSIVELY FOR DAKOTA PICK-UPS" I was wondering if anyone knew
of this and had any comments on it. The ad claims up to 1/2 second
reduction in e.t.
I believe this is the same company that makes the vigilante torque converter
that all the f-body guys rave about. The ad says nothing about what stall
speed and their website http://www.converter.com says nothing about mopars.
I have emailed them asking for more information on it. Maybe we should all
email them and let them know that there's more out there than ferd and
chivvy...
