hood vibrates

I happened to notice that the rear of my hood (by the windshield cowl)
vibrates when I'm on the highway. It flutters up and down about 1/8" or
so. I have a bugshield on the nose. Does anyone else's pre-'97 do this
and do you run a bugshield?
