Joe, have you checked the archives? You might want to try a search for
something like "wiring harness" or "broken wire" ya know somehting like
that...

Thinking more about your description it would seem to be computer related,
either bad module or bad wire or bad sensor. The ais motor will make it
die, but it shouldn't die if you are driving down the road. The ais will
only cause it to die while it is at idle. And it is also posible for the
ais motor to crap out on you and not produce any trouble codes. Hope this
