Yeah, here too. I was lucky enough(kinda ironic) to hit someone nice enough
who did not WANT to see me get a ticket. The officer didnt care either.
Almost everywhere, yuo are at fault 100% of the time if you rearend someone,
no matter what the circumstances are.
