I can't imagine Whiplash @ 10mph. As for the baby, that's what baby-seats
are for. I wonder if the babyseat was strapped in correctly...if it was,
there's NO WAY the baby could have received any "bodily damage".

Personally, it sounds like someone is "Sue Happy" which in turn is a poor
excuse for a human being. (My honest opinion.)

Unfortunately, you may need an attorney for this one. Sorry to hear it
happen to you.
