Another thing to remember when you get in an accident is NEVER admit that it
was your fault. Let the insurance companies decide whose fault it is. Just
get the other persons info and thats it dont bother talking about what
happened. I don't know if every insurance company does this but I have
allstate and on the back of the insurance card you have in you truck it has
a list of things to do when you get in an accident and the #1 is don't admit
its your fault. Your Isurance company will get her if she's lying (which it
sounds like), my friend had a 10 year old girl run into the side of his car
when he was drivig by at about 45. She had quite a few injuries but it was
her fault for running out in the road. But the girls parents still sued him
for 2 mil luckly my friend had two witnesses, the town justice and a state
trooper. They both saw the whole thing and said it was her fault. The
insurance company took care of it and mr friend never had to go to court or
pay a cent...
