For what its worth, MY ADVICE: Dont touch it!! The only thing that screw
does is to keep your throttle blades from smacking the edge of the TB
casting and causing it to stick! The factory setting is AOK!! If your
truck isnt idling well you have an IAC or computer problem (or a vacuum
leak, or a .....) Adjusting that screw can reduce the life of your TB!! The
idle is controlled by the IAC and PCM!

I found the idle screw but how did
you get that anoying little metal plug
out of the shaft that holds the screw.
