I posted a similar note to the R/T list. There is a disclaimer in the
'99 product brochure about specs subject to change, etc. Dunno about the
owner's manual, haven't checked mine, but it is something to keep in
mind, however unpleasant.

Dunno what kind of legal ground that either party stands on, I'm not a
lawyer (thank god). Whether this covers them or not, I don't know,
that's for the lawyers to figure out.
