The vacuum tree was had at a boneyard. They usually have a # of ford econo

Thermostat: I bought the older, and larger housing from an LA motor and
corresponding larger,older thermostat to match. Both of these parts were had
at autozone.
The tree was really an easy job. I was there a total of 15min. The guy
didn't even charge me.
Just remember it was inside the cab,don't look under the hood. You'll of
course have to pull of the shell once your inside the cab. It was low and
down near the floor (I think)

Made it to pick A part today and got 3 of the right size (3/8 NPT) and 2
(1/4" but could work OK with a bushing. I was looking for the best one and
pulled these other but found the 2 were small but took em anyway. So if
anyone needs one then I have a couple of spares.
Thanks for all your help, things are starting to come together and it's
looking much better. All I need now is for MP to stop giving away my parts to
others and send em to me :-(
