Dodge did a great job in recapturing part of the smaller truck market
coming out with the new, redesigned Dakota a couple of years ago. It
would seem to me (an inner city teacher, not a marketing pro) that DC
should readily admit their mistake and make WHATEVER adjustments the
dissatisfied customers want (within reason, of course). If they drag
their heals on this, the competition will jump all over it and word of
mouth via the internet and other places will do irrepairable damage to
their image.
