I have more problems with my dealer, Crown Dodge. I went in today to get the
front bumper repainted due to chipping. On the phone I was told that it
would be no problem to paint it the body color, but once I got there it was
a different story. They told me they would risk losing there Chrysler 5 star
rating if they did not paint it the original body color. I argued and
argued, but they just got more pissed off. I mean it can't cost that much
more, if any to paint the damn bumper another color. So I NEED YOUR HELP,
please anyone who has has there bumper repainted the body color, please
e-mail me. Please include your dealers name, location, phone # if possible,
and name of your representative. Crown Dodge has lost a customer for good
now. I shall only be taking my truck back there if it covered under
warranty. I also need some recommendations of good dealers in the so. cal
area., if there is such a thing. PLEASE HELP!
