It's ironic because on the inside of there "pamphlets" where they put your
service records/receipts in each time you cash out, "#1 PRIORITY- CUSTOMER
SATISFACTION" is printing boldly. I have just spoken to the body shop, they
said they would paint it body color for $125. For about double that price I
can get a new bumper cover. Of course, I didn't accept and talked to the
General Manager. He was going to talk to the body shop and get back with me.
That was over an hour ago, guess he went to lunch. I asked him "Is there
anything you can do in your power to satisfy me, before you lose my business
completely?" I can't wait for his telephone call. Better get off-line and
wait for his call. Thanks for all your support.
