Yep, especially since the '96 computer is very different from the '97 and
'98's. Sounds like more smoke and mirrors to me. (Geez, they don't even
know their own product line enough to lie well about it? That's pretty

MP is scum; don't trust 'em any farther than you can throw the Chrysler
building. (Or is that the Daimler-Chrysler building?) ;-) It is an
extremely common practice for these people to display items in their
catalogs two to three years before they ever intend on making them
available. I certainly wouldn't put it past them to display a prototype
product as the real deal at a show. Probably just trying to string
everyone along a bit longer...
