well, if you think it's such a safety risk, why don't we have have 4
cyclinders with speed governors that kick in at 70 mph. That would be a hell
of a lot safer and I'm sure you won't go for that one. There are a million
things that could be done to make driving safer. Tint is not #1 on the list.
