So you think it's bad news to run both pulleys? Have you tried it yet at
all? Just curious...I mean I don't want to have to pull it off after I put
it on. Maybe I'll try the crank pulley first and go from there.

Wow, you ARE a risk taker!
I only have the crank pulley, yet my fans draw enough power to pull the
idle amps to 12.
Remember, the underdriven crank is now driving your accessories slower
all by itself. Add in any of the other pulleys and you underdrive them
