My father in law just bought a 1999 Chevy 3/4 ton (I think) 4 door longbed.
It has the 454 w/auto (he wanted stick but couldn't find it). it puts out
about 300+ hp!! man would I love that motor in my dak!!

Bernd,
Chevy is bringing back the 327 in a totally new way. I believe they are
planning a 427 as well.The 327 pickups are supposed to be pretty darn
fast for a full size pickup. Alan S.
