It's what used to called a rear valence on a car. For today's trucks,
the rear bumper is removed and a piece of metal or fiberglass
is fabricated to hide the spare and underworks.
If you get any truck mags, take at a look at the big discount/mail order
companies' ads. More likely than not, they'll have pictures of
roll pans that they sell for different makes of trucks.
