Any Mopar V8 from 1966 ('67 in Canada) to the present with the distributor
at the rear of the engine is an LA engine. Also, 1964 and up 273 V8s
are LAs. However, 1965 and earlier 318s are A engines, and have totally
incompatible valve covers.
