So you compromised, it still looks great. Especially on the beach with the ocean in the background. Nice shot.

Dang! I have the 8 1/4" rear so I guess that's why I have to wait... What a
bummer. :( BTW how did you get the 9 1/4?? Did it come with a particular
option (like the tow package) or did you just know to order the beefier axle?
I bought mine off the lot so I had to compromise alittle.

Lock-Right (power trax) has one now for the 9 1/4" rear. I have a '98 4X4
and they told me that they did not make one for my truck so I said OK, just
send me one for a '74 Ramcharger (my other truck with the same rear end).
It installed and worked great off-road. On the road, it's got some
driveability issues when used with a 5spd, but my Ramcharger is an auto and
you can't even tell it's there on pavement.
