  Again, I agree with you on about 95%. I know you're not flaming me,
this is the part about the DML I love so much! Good, creative debating!
 Im just playing the devils advocate. I've seen this so many times, I
just have a feeling of how it could turn out! Yes, I agree. A good
lawyer could probably win this case, but I really don't think that much
will come of it. Do you know how many lawsuits these companies face
every day!? Realisticaly this is small beans to them. But the law of
the jungle is do what you can get away with and cover up the rest. They
made a huge mistake and obviously admitted it. But don't think for a
minute that they are going to offer you the whole cake when you might
settle for a tiny slice! Ever have contract negotiations with a big
company? I use to be a union steward and had to do that crap. No fun.
But you really get a taste of how they are. They offer you nothing
hoping you take it, while they really could give you part of the moon!
You are 100% correct. They should make a great deal and save face, but
we all know, that just aint gonna happen!
