You will have trouble getting there without traction. As an R/T owner,
it was much easier to achieve low 14's with the 9.25/3.92 SG rear end.
I highly recommend Drag radials too, they really stick the torque to the
ground.
A torque converter would help to "put a bow" on the whole package,
that's MY next investment.
All of that will certainly get you deep in the 14's.
