So far, it seems that the "Ram Air" systems (which include the Intake Tubes)
are working better than teh 10" or 14" open elements. Heat?...Design?...The
Force?...hey, whatever works right? ;)

i don't suck in any hot air from the engine at all..
just nice cool air from the outside..
throttle response is great! it pulls way harder to redline, and i got at
least a 5 tenths off my et with it..
and my trip from fort walton to st louis i averaged at 19.5 mpg up here
with 3.92's a/c on and a 5 speed with a 318 @ 70+
i was really pleased..
today i pulled off the stud for the air cleaner and put in just a regular
stud bent to fit the airhat. I think it helped a little..
