Are you sure about the mpg drop?? If you went from 31's to 33's your
speed sensor needs to be changed to reflect the taller tires. Without
the new speed sensor, your mph will read lower than actual, as well as
your miles traveled (a good thing for leased vehicles!:). With this,
your MPG figures would read lower given the speedometer/odometer error.
