I went back to the dealer today after having the cab bolts replaced on
Friday had took the same technician out for a ride and this time he finally
heard the noise. Wow, that was a tough one!! He says the noise is comming
from the back, bed maybe. Got back to the dealership and he started to rock
the truck side to side, and that stinking noise could be heard.
It goes back in next Monday. You might want to try rocking the truck to see
if you can make it pop.
Let me know how you make out.
