Another personal point of view:

In Dec.'98, I decided that I would switch my priorities with my Dakota by
switching from appearance mods to performance mods. I set an e.t. goal,
which I felt was achievable within my financial budget, by gathering as much
information from performance-minded DMLers, by reading all the literature
(even non-mopar ones) that I could find and by discussing issues with
performance people in my surrounding neighbourhood.

In Jan.'99, I placed my order for one of F&B's TBs. At that time, the only
other TB vendor was Magnum Performance in Texas (I had purchased a catalog
from them). I selected F&B because of price considerations and an opinion
of a DMLer that I respect.

Since January to today, I have emailed F&B for status updates, mainly through
the DML a total of about 4 times ... once (maybe twice) to B.'s private email
where he recommended the Stage 2 because of the internal engine mods I was
doing.
I purposely kept the emails to a minimum because it was a part-time project
and
not a full-fledged business for F&B.

I do not know F&B personally so I was not expecting a "friend doing a favor
side"
type of transactional relationship. I suspect that, if I were to receive
the tb
today, they would expect prompt payment etc. asap.

To make this short, I expect, at a minimum, information if delivery by Labour
Day is possible (a courtesy from one DMLer to another). I can, then, make
a decision
whether to get a tb somewhere else or wait until next racing season (I am
61 so
time is an important issue with me).

Thanks all for your patience. My $.02 CDN.
