There was a product in Mopar Muscle, Dec.'97 issue.
Here's the blurb.
" RC Performance Engineering, (313-499-0923) offers this unique
throttle body air flow deflector. It's good for 5-8 hp and
simply drops into place on the newer air boxes. Older Magnums
with the round-type breather assemblies will require minor
amounts of grinding to ensure a perfect fit. Because the flow
enhancer's material is plastic-based, it's really easy to
grind and fit as necessary. With the shield removed, a good filter
installed and the flow enhancer decorating the tb, you can expect
about .25 off your ETs and improve overall gas mileage of your
vehicle about 1.5 mpg."
The picture shows the '92 to '96 style of Dakota. RC Performance
is (was) located in Whitmore Lake, MI. Anyone have any hands-on
experience or more knowledge of this product?
