It will pass with the converters, if it doesn't pass wire the smog pump (the
unit that pumps air into to your exhaust, it looks like a small a/c
compressor) to run continuously and then disconnect after the emission check.
Today's engines run so clean that most would pass an emission check without a
catalytic converter and with having two you should have no problem.
