4 hours for me as well (2" lift kit) and it was myself and two others.

8 hours?? It to my friends and I about 4 hours to do it and we had no idea
what we were doing at all. My kit was the trailmaster everything worked out
fine with it no bad experiences so far and the kit's been a little over a
year. Save your money and install it yourself its really not that hard...
