Yes.

No. MP Magnum Engines book only mentions the ported 5.9L Magnum
Cylinder head assembly (P4876256). The 5.2L head is identified
by the foundry mark NH; the 5.9L head, CF (located on opposite
side of the spark plug bores).

The major difference between the ported head and the standard is
that the ported head features a 1.97" intake as opposed to the 1.92".
The assembly includes chrome-moly retainers plus heavy duty valve
springs (P4876257). These valve springs are different from the
ones recommended for use in the Magnum R/T package.
