They're pullies designed to underdrive your accessories.
Par example...
if your alternator (power source) turned 3,000 RPMs when the engine turns
3,000 RPMs, but installing underdrive pullies, your alt. only turns 2,500
RPMs while the engine turns 3,000 RPMs. Get it? it's basically a bigger
pully so it take a bit longer to have the accessory turn one revolution.
